COMMUNION (1st Sunday)
The first Sunday of each month, we partake in Communion by instinction, which is the practice of breaking off a smaller piece of bread – from a larger loaf – then dipping it into consecrated wine (or juice) before consuming. Some churches offer small, individual wafers and a separate communion-sized shot glass of wine (or juice); however, in our church, the Pastor breaks apart a larger loaf of bread from which we break off smaller pieces and dip into a communal goblet of wine (or juice). If you are unsure how to participate, but would like to join us for Communion, don’t stress the small stuff, just watch the folks around you and follow their lead.
We also offer a gluten free option for the convenience of those with certain allergies.
